Greetings in the 76th year of the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India)!
We are pleased to inform you that the FSSAI- Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering in collaboration with HRAWI, an initiative to promote food safety and hygiene in Hospitality Industry is schedule to be held on 14th October, 2026 at "Triose Boutique Hotel, Lonavala" from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. for the member properties in Lonavala region.
Appended is the communication sent for your kind perusal, giving detailed information about the said Training program with a request to participate in the said workshop: -
· The Physical Training Programme is conducted for the first 40 participants, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
· The training session will be conducted in Hindi by the trainer.
· Working lunch, tea/coffee, and light refreshments will be provided to all participants.
· The training fee for Member Establishments is INR 1,416/- per participant, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Please note the fees is not refundable.
As time being the essence, we would be highly obliged, if you could nominate participants form Purchase team, F&B team, housekeeping team, maintenances team etc. accordingly and kindly revert with relevant information of the participants who would join the Programme.
