1. Strict quality control on hygiene standards must be adopted by the Establishment, especially in respect of supply of clean water, food handling, storage of materials and cleanliness standards.

2.The good-will and reputation of the Establishment will be considered.

3. In case of Hotel, minimum number of Rooms should be 10, except in the case of Boutique Hotels, Forest Lodges and Heritage Hotels, which should have F&B facility for the resident guests.

4. Report of the local Association, affiliated to HRA(WI) or a senior prominent member from the area will be called for, if required.

5. The Hotel must be operational, holding all the requisite valid licenses as per enclosed checklist (copies of the same to be furnished.)

6. The Hotel must provide latest photographs, room tariff card and menu cards copy.

7. Apartment Hotels, Forest Lodges, Tourist Homes, Heritage Hotels can also apply to become Hotel Members, provided they qualify as per the above criteria.

8. Membership will be accepted/rejected within a maximum period of 90 days of receiving the completed application form.

9. Membership is provided on Financial year basis, however if any new members are admitted during the month of February and March, their membership will continue till the end of next financial year.

3. In case of Restaurant, minimum seating capacity should be 30, and preferably a GRADE 1 Air-Conditioned Restaurant. Where gradation is granted by the local Municipality.

4. Report of the local Association, affiliated to HRA(WI) or a senior prominent member from the area will be called for, if required.

5. The Restaurant must be operational holding all the requisite valid licenses per enclosed checklist (copies of the same to be furnished).

6. The Restaurant must provide existing photographs and menu card copy as per checklist.

7. Fast Food Outlets can apply to become Restaurant Members, provided they qualify as per above criteria.

8. Any Restaurant within a Hotel shall not be eligible for an individual membership.

9. Membership will be accepted/rejected within a maximum period of 90 days of receiving the completed application form.

10. Membership is provided on Financial year basis, however if any new members are admitted during the month of February and March, their membership will continue till the end of next financial year.

1. Following Establishments will be eligible for admission of Affiliated Membership:

(a) Any City/District/State level Trade/Industry Association.

(b) Any IHM/Catering College/Food Craft Institute/Catering Service Training Institute.

(Any from the above should hold a licence or registration either from AICTE/University/State Technical Education Board)

2. There shall be a minimum of 20 members in an Affiliated Association or 30 students in an IHM/Catering Institute.

3. Membership will be accepted/rejected within a maximum period of 90 days of receiving the completed application form.

4. Membership is provided on Financial year basis, however if any new members are admitted during the month of February and March, their membership will continue till the end of next financial year.

1. Following Establishments will be eligible for admission of Associate Membership:

a. Clubs

b. Suppliers of Goods and Equipment’s.

c. Outdoor Caterers/Mandap Contractors.

d. Cafes in restricted areas like Airport/ Railway Station and Sweetmeat shop.

e. Service providers/Credit Card companies/Banks/FOREX Dealers.

f. Travel Agents/Tour Operators/Tourist Taxi Operators/Airlines.

g. Consultants/Architects/Interior Designer/Event Managers.

h. Hotel/Restaurant under project stage with a project cost of not less than Rs. 2.00 Crores until operational. Any other establishment, as may be approved by the committee.

2. The minimum turnover of each Establishment shall be Rs.1.00 Crores per annum in case of proprietorship/partnership Establishment, unless waived by the Executive Committee
