Greetings in the 76th year of the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India)!
We are pleased to inform you that HRAWI, in collaboration with FSSAI, is organizing the FoSTaC (Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advanced Catering) programme in Mumbai in May 2026. This initiative aims to promote food safety and hygiene in the hospitality industry.
Appended is the communication sent for your kind perusal, giving information about the said Training programme with a request to participate in the said workshop: -
- Physical Training program is conducted for 40 participants starting from 9.00 am & end at 5.00 pm.
- The participants are charged as per the rate applicable per participant of INR 1200 + GST for Member Establishments and INR 1500 + GST for Non-member Establishments.
As time being the essence, we would be highly obliged, if you could nominate participants form Purchase team, F&B team, housekeeping team, maintenances team etc. accordingly and kindly revert with relevant information of the participants who would join the Programme.
