Inviting Suggestions/Recommendations for Union Budget 2027-28
Dear Member,
Greetings in the 76th year of the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India)!
This is further to the email received from FHRAI, the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has invited suggestions and recommendations from tourism and industry associations for the Union Budget 2027-28.
Members are requested to share their suggestions on Direct and Indirect Taxes, along with the rationale/justification for the proposed measures.
Please note that GST-related suggestions are not being considered as part of the annual budget exercise.
Members are requested to send their suggestions to eatosg@fhrai.com latest by 14th September 2026, so that the same can be consolidated and submitted to the Ministry of Tourism.
