Invitation for Participation in India Pavilion at WTM 2026, FITUR 2027 and ITB 2027
Dear Member,
Greetings in the 76th year of the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India)!
This is to inform you that the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, is participating in the forthcoming international travel exhibitions as per the schedule below:
- World Travel Market (WTM) 2026 – London: 3rd – 5th November 2026
- FITUR 2027 – Madrid: 20th – 24th January 2027
- ITB 2027 – Berlin: 16th – 18th March 2027
The Ministry of Tourism has invited tour operators, hoteliers, wellness resorts and other tourism stakeholders approved/recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion.
Participation in the India Pavilion will provide an excellent opportunity to showcase India's diverse tourism destinations, products and experiences to the international travel trade, buyers and other key stakeholders from across the world.
Participation Details
The India Pavilion will be developed with a common décor/theme.
- Minimum booth/stall space: 4 sq. metres
- Additional space: Available in multiples of 4 sq. metres, subject to availability
- Participation fee: ₹2.50 lakh per 4 sq. metres of space at each exhibition
- Booths will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receipt of the participation fee and availability of space.
- MDA assistance will not be available for participation in the India Pavilion at these exhibitions.
Confirmation of Participation
Interested members are requested to confirm their participation, along with their space requirement, by 15th September 2026.
