1. How to Retrieve Membership Login Credentials?
Visit

, enter your User ID/Hotel Membership Number and password. If forgotten, click "Forgot Password" to reset or contact the Membership team for help.

2. How to Fill the Application Form?
Log in to your account, go to the "
Additional Discount Card
" tab on the dashboard, accept the criteria and eligibility norms, and complete the form.

3. How to Select Payment Options?
At the end of the form, choose "Online" for UPI, Cards, Netbanking, or PhonePe, or "Offline" for NEFT/cheque.

4. How to Get Acknowledgment for Online Payment?
After completing the online payment, a confirmation pop-up from Airpay will appear. You can also view the invoice and receipt in the "Additional Discount Card" tab.
5. How to Get Acknowledgment for Offline Payment?
After selecting offline payment, enter the transaction details on the next page or save it to fill later. Once the payment is processed, email the transaction details to
membership@hrawi.com

6. How to Confirm the Additional Discount Card?
After payment, you'll receive an acknowledgment email on the registered email ID as well as the nominee email ID, stating the status of the discount card and timelines to receive the cards. In case the additional discount card is rejected or declined, the membership team will contact you.
7. What If I Want Only One Discount Card for a Nominee?
Payment covers both nominees and cannot be split. However, you can add the second nominee later at no additional charge.
8. How to Add Another Nominee or Restaurant?
Log in, click "View/Edit Details" to add or edit a second nominee at no extra charge. You can also add another restaurant for an additional 20% discount card.

9. Can I Apply Without a Restaurant in My Hotel?
No, you must have a minimum of one or a maximum of two operational restaurants to apply for the HRAWI 20% Additional Discount Card.
10. What is the Purpose of the Additional Discount Card?
The Additional Discount Card is designed to extend benefits to hotel members with on-premises restaurants, enhancing their membership experience with HRAWI.
11. How Many Discount Cards Can a Hotel Apply For?
Hotels with a minimum of one and a maximum of two operating restaurants can apply for two additional discount cards for each additional restaurant on their premises.
Dedicated bars, cake shops, room service, and counter sales are not counted as restaurants.
12. What is the Cost of the Additional Discount Card?
The cost for one restaurant with two nominee discount cardholders is ₹8,000 + 18% GST.
13. Is There a Discount for Advance Payment of the Card Fees?
No, the add-on card fees are not eligible for an advance payment discount.
14. What steps should I follow to apply for an Additional Discount Card?

Eligibility Check:
Confirm your eligibility and accept the terms and conditions.
Provide Details:
Enter details for the restaurant and nominees (name, designation, contact info, and photo).
Payment:
Pay ₹8,000 + 18% GST through the online or offline payment gateway. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
Add Nominees Anytime:
Additional nominees or restaurants can be added later through the "View/Edit Additional Discount Card" tab.
15. How Long Does It Take to Receive the Card?
After approval from the HRAWI Membership Team, the cards will be dispatched to your registered address within 15 business days.
16. What Happens If a Restaurant (restaurant applied for the Additional Discount Card) Does Not Honor the Discount Card?
Strict measures will be implemented to ensure all participating restaurants honor the discount cards without exceptions.
17. How to View Restaurant's Additional Card on the HRAWI Website?
Visit the HRAWI website, go to the Membership dropdown, select the Discount Card tab, and search using your hotel's primary Membership No. or the Additional Discount Card Membership No. Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.
18. Can I Transfer the Discount Card to Another Nominee?
No, the Additional Discount Card is non-transferable once issued. A nominee can only be changed during the renewal process.
Loss of Card:
In case of a lost card, a replacement fee of ₹1,180/- (inclusive of GST) will be charged. The replacement card will be issued in the same name as per the original application, and no name change is allowed.
19. Can I Apply for an Additional Discount Card at Any Time?
Yes, applications for the Additional Discount Card are accepted year-round. However, approval and dispatch timelines apply.
20. How Long Is the Discount Card Valid?
The card is valid for a year from 1st June to 31st May of each year. Renewal of primary membership is required to continue availing of the benefits.
21. What Discounts Are Offered with the Additional Discount Card?
The Additional Discount Card offers a 20% discount at participating HRAWI member restaurants for dine-in services only.
