1) Fresh Litchi or Canned Litchi 08 Pieces (140Grams)
2) Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 20 grams
3) Bell Pepper 20 grams
4) Litchi Crush 10 grams
5) Sweet Chilly Sauce 05 grams
6) Green Chilly Sauce 05 grams
7) Chopped Garlic 05 grams
8) Chopped Onion 05 grams
9) Chopped Ginger 05 grams
10) Chopped Celery05 grams
11) Chopped Green Chilly 05 grams
12) Chopped Bell – Pepper 10 grams
13) White Pepper 05 grams
14) Salt 05 grams
15) Balancing Salt 05 grams
THEPROCESS
A. Take a whole litchi and peel it and takeout the seeds, after which start filling up (stuffing) the Litchi with theabove-mentioned Ingredients with (S/N) Serial Number 2, 3, 4, 13, 14. i.e toMARINATE.
B. Coating with Corn Flour, Maida, BalancingSalt, and Panko Crumbs.
C. Deep Fried in a Sunflower Refined oil(make sure you fry it in a Medium Heat)
D. After which; Toss the same with OrientalSauce by adding the above-mentioned (S/N) Serial Number 1,5,6,7,8,9,10.11.12and 15.
