1. Broccoli: 100g
2. Cauliflower: 150g
3. French beans: 100g
4. Olives: 50g
5. Jalapenos: 50g
6. Green peas: 100ml
7. Gherkin: 50g
8. Amul cheese: 150g
9. Bread crumbs: 110g
10. Salt: 10g
11. Pepper: 5g
12. Red cabbage: 20g
13. Veg mayonnaise: 20g
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine boiledand mashed broccoli, cauliflower, French beans, olives, jalapenos, green peas,gherkin, and Amul cheese. Add mixed herbs, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Form the mixture into patties ofyour desired size.
Heat oil in a pan and cook thepatties until they turn golden brown on both sides.
