Ingredients:
1. 200g Raw Mango
2. 300g Sugar
3. 1000ml Water
4. 50g SindhavSalt (Rock Salt)
5. 25g Regular Salt
6.50g Roasted Cumin
Instructions:
1. Peel the rawmangoes and cut them into pieces. Boil the mango pieces until they are soft.
2. Add the sugar,both salts, and crushed roasted cumin to the boiled mangoes.
3. Continueboiling the mixture for 10 minutes while stirring it properly.
4. Allow themixture to cool down to room temperature.
5. Once cooled,refrigerate the Aam Panna.
6. Serve the AamPanna in an appropriate glass—this could be a disposable paper cup or athermocol cup, depending on your preference.
7. Garnish withfresh mint leaves before serving.
