Greetings in the 68th year of the Hotel & Restaurant Association Western India!
As done in the past, we are pleased to inform you that HRAWI is organizing our 20th Conclave for FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering for Western Region to be conducted in Mumbai.
We request you, to please do register and depute your Executives for this Conclave, which will be of great value to your esteemed hotel.
The importance of FoSTac training the point of view for FBO’s to have FSSAI Supervisory Training was necessary, as per Section 32B, it was mandatory to have the Individual Establishments, to get their personal trained. The time line was given to ensure that the training was completed across the nation was 31st December, 2018. Falling which licenses would be withdrawn and new establishments would not be issue the same.
The Schedule with Brief information, User Manual for the FoSTaC Website is attached along with the E-Flyer, for the venue and is self-explanatory.
Please be informed that members are suppose to Log in and enroll themselves online on the FSSAI- FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) Portal individually, which will provide all the related information at one platform about this course.

Login and enroll yourself on the FSSAI FoSTaC Portal
Attached is the User Manual with the necessary Link for registration.
While doing so upload a photo of the participants
Once you are successfully enrolled and are eligible to participate in this programme you will be issued an “Admit Card”.
You will be admitted for the Training session on presentation of this “Admit Card” at the Registration desk. |

Morning tea/light B/F on arrival, Mid morning tea & breakfast, lunch break and evening tea/ coffee. |

End of the session the participants will attend half an hour written assessment test and subject to clearing the test, will be awarded FSSAI Certification. |
