Greetings in the 73rd year of the Hotel & Restaurant Association Western India!
We are pleased to conduct workshop of FSSAI - Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering on 03rd April, 2023;i.e., Monday at the prestigious property Ramsukh Resort, Mahabaleshwar.
We wish to inform you that the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) vide its office memorandum dated21st July 2022 (attached herewith) has decided to remove the limited validity period (2 years) from the Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate and the FSS Certificate will become Perpetual for all food handlers whose Kind of Business (KoB) hasn’t changed. However, if there is a change in the KoB, a food handler will have to undergo a fresh FoSTaC training and obtain a new FSS Certificate related to his current KoB.
Since the online FSSAI training is withdrawn, we are glad to announce that HRAWI has commenced with the Physical training sessions and details for the same are as below: -
- Physical Training will be conducted for 40 participants, the training programme will begin at 9.00 am & end at 5.00 pm.
- The participants will be charged as per the rate applicable per participant of Rs INR 1200 + GST for Member Establishment and INR 1500 + GST for Non-member Establishment.
- Accommodation on American Meal Plan for the Trainer & HRAWI Staff to be offered/arranged on Gratis Basis.
- Venue, Audio Visual Equipment and Light Refreshments/ Snacks for the training programme to be offered/arranged on Gratis Basis.
