A delightful mixture of vodka, fresh lemon grass, ginger and curry leaves with a hint of litchi, pineapple - a true classic from our WINKITINI collection at WINK.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Vodka
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 60ml Litchi Juice
- 4-5 Curry Leaves
- 2 small pieces of cut ginger
- 2 small pieces of cut lemon grass
- Glass - Martini Glass
- Garnish - Curry Leaves
Method:
Muddle ginger, lemongrass and curry leaves in a Boston glass, add vodka and juices.
Add ice and shake the container vigorously in a horizontal manner over your shoulder. Pour the drink in the Martini glass and garnish with curry leaves.
