We are always speaking on every possible forum that enrolmentin Hospitality Mgmt. & Operations education are continuously decreasingyear by year and we could not able to restrict downfalls forget to reversing itin spite of some good and timely efforts like social media marketing, schoolvisit etc.
Now it is must that all constituents to come to a platform,listen to the expectations and issues of each of them like students, instituteand industry by having 1-2 days serious deliberations with open mind and at theend have some actionable points for everyone to bring back the confidence ofpotential students within 1-2 years in Hospitality Mgmt. And operation.
In my opinion trade associations like FHRAI , HAI, NRAI andothers along with Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India and apex body of Hospitality Mgmt. and operation i.e.National Council for Hotel Management, Noida should join hands together in theinterest of all stakeholders and ensure that industry, institute and studentsmust work on actionable points honestly and wholeheartedly to achieve one andonly one aim To bring back the interest of young students in Hospitalityindustry and retain the trained talent in this industry by offering betteremoluments, working conditions and promotional prospects with effectivementorship.
Hope to see positive development in these important aspectsin next 1-2 months.
